COVID-19 Service Updates

Because safety is our number one operating value at Waste Connections, we have made some changes and here are the latest:
Routes
All routes are running on schedule.
Bulk Item Collection Changes
Adams County - Effective immediately, no bulk items will be scheduled for pickup until further notice.
Franklin County – Effective immediately, no bulk items will be picked up until further notice.
Carlisle Borough – Bulk Item pickup is suspended until Jun 1.
Office
As a precaution and in the interest of safety, our local office will be closed to the public until further notice.
Office personnel will be working from home until further notice.
Landfill
Our landfill is open, however, hard hats and high visibility safety gear will no longer be provided. Please have these items with you when you arrive or you will not be able to use the site.
Bill Pay
If you want to pay a bill, please visit the Bill Pay button on our website. There you will learn how to pay by phone or pay online.
